The system adopts four ultrasonic wave probes to count the tested information, and at the same time, to guarantee the size of the film bubble steadily while replacing the hot air in the film bubble through the control and regulation of in -out air output. 3. The fully automatic rolling device has the functions like rolling, alternating reel, cutting and unrolling for fully automatic control. The photo electricity rectifying system can roll in even more orderliness, improving the work effciency and reducing the labor intensity for the workers and the percent defective while manual alternating the reel.
The electric control cabinet adopts PLC, which can intelligentize at worksite, control and inspect accurately as well parameterize in a long distance.
